Welcome to TwinkleHaha. By accessing or using twinklehaha.com and its services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What TwinkleHaha Provides

TwinkleHaha is a technology intelligence platform. We provide:

• Free access to job listings, datasets, research reports, and tools
• Paid digital credits that can be used to generate AI-powered CV optimizations, cover letters, interview preparation, and career recommendations

2. Accounts

You must create an account to purchase or use paid features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately at nucleus.data.719@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• Be solely responsible for all activity under your account

3. Purchases and Credits

• Credits are sold as one-time purchases (not subscriptions)
• One credit = one AI CV optimization
• Credits do not expire
• Credits are personal to your account and cannot be transferred or sold
• All prices are in USD

Payments are processed by Paddle. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our paid features use third-party AI models (OpenAI) to generate content. By using these features:

• You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should always be reviewed by you before submission to any employer.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to employers based on AI output.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g., job interview, job offer) from using our service.
• We will never fabricate experience, dates, or credentials on your behalf. The AI is instructed to be truthful.

5. Uploaded Content

When you upload a CV to the Service, you grant us permission to:

• Store the text content of your CV in our secure database
• Send it to OpenAI for the purpose of generating AI output
• Use it to recommend relevant jobs to you in the future

You retain ownership of your CV. We do not sell your CV data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload CVs of other people without their consent
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overwhelm our Service
• Resell or redistribute any paid output as your own product
• Upload copyrighted material (other than your own CV)

7. Data Collection

Our free features (job listings, datasets, research reports) are built from public job postings collected from public ATS APIs. We comply with those services' terms of service and do not redistribute copyrighted descriptions. Our analysis is our original work.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that job listings are accurate, current, or complete. We do not guarantee AI output quality, job interview outcomes, or job offers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinkleHaha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
